The short circuit current is imported into our short circuit calculation software. Our FEM software uses parametric automatic modeling, where the winding is modeled according to the dimensions of each disc and the oil duct, and is able to accurately calculate the axial and radial forces in the winding, and then calculate the safety margins for each type of force (Mean hoop tensile stress on disc, helical and layer-type windings; Stress due to radial or axial bending of conductors between axial sticks and spacers; Maximum axial compression force on each physical winding, etc.).

The company adopts modern FEM tools to calculate in detail the loss of structural parts of the active part, including the loss of the upper clamp, the loss of the lower clamp, the loss of the flitch plate, the loss of the final stage core piece, the loss of the magnetic circuit of the core, the loss of the fuel tank and so on. Calculate the temperature rise through the magnetic-thermal coupling field to prevent hot spots in the transformer structure parts.
We calculate the maximum voltage of the transformer in each state (LI, LIC, SI, LTAC,AV, etc.) according to the appropriate standards to ensure that the transformer is able to withstand the harsh insulation conditions during operation in the field. In the design of transformer tanks, the structural strength of transformer tanks under vacuum conditions is simulated by FEM software, and the deformation and stress of the tanks are calculated by changing the number and spacing of reinforcing irons on the side walls, etc., so as to find out the weak points of the strength and optimize the design.
